1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
  • For remote or far-flung areas, delivery may take slightly longer depending on the availability of our courier partners.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of 250 is applied to all orders below PKR 2000.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders valued at PKR 5000 or above.
  • Promotional Shipping: From time to time, we may offer lower shipping rates as part of promotional campaigns.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days.
    • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days.
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email containing a Tracking Number.
  • You can track your shipment directly through our website or the courier partner’s portal.

5. Cash on Delivery (CoD) Policy

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
  • Our courier partners are authorized only to deliver the parcel after receiving the payment. Open-box delivery (checking the item before payment) is not permitted as per standard courier company policies in Pakistan.

6. Undelivered Parcels

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the parcel up to two times.
  • If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, phone number, or the customer being unavailable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, the order will be cancelled. If you wish to have it reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • We take great care in packaging. However, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and notify us immediately.
  • If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the courier.

8. Change of Address

  • Address changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched. Once the parcel is with the courier, we cannot redirect it.
